My name is Baxter. I'm a 2 1/2 year-old Jack Russell Terrier Mix that was found on an old country road. No one ever came looking for me and then Purrfect Friends found me, vetted me, fed me, cleaned me up, and found me a foster home until my furever family finds me. I am between 20 - 25 pounds. I have lots of energy, but I also like to take naps and just 'hang out'. I like other dogs and the few children I've met, but I'm not sure about cats since I've never met any. I would also be okay as an only dog since I love my family so much. I like to go for walks and ride in the car. I'm house broken, neutered, and UTD on all of my shots. I would do best in a home that has a fenced-in yard or with an active family. Give me a chance, I know I will quickly steal your heart.
